So you see, losing weight is far more complex than we may think. There are a hundred and one things to consider. The term ‘fat-free’ can be very misleading if you believe that you can eat any amount of fat-free foods.
 
Weight Loss Tips ….. It Doesn’t Have To Be Torture
 
You can still have your usual little treats like chocolate or burgers, providing you don’t overdo it. As long as you’re eating sensibly most of the time with lots of fruit and vegetables, water, and wholegrain bread rather than white, you can still have treats. Your diet doesn’t have to be boring.

For exercising, do something you enjoy – like walking or dancing, or sports. Don’t overdo it, start slowly and build up your ‘workouts.’ If you can do 30 minutes a day, combined with a sensible diet, you will start to see results.
